Service Description

Adult AquaFit classes are delivered in 45-minute sessions, offering a structured, low-impact workout in the water suitable for a range of fitness levels. These sessions combine cardiovascular training, strength work, and mobility exercises using the natural resistance of the water to provide an effective full-body workout without placing stress on the joints. AquaFit is ideal for improving endurance, muscle tone, balance, and overall fitness in a supportive aquatic environment. Classes may include: Water-based cardio intervals Resistance and strength exercises Core stability work Balance and coordination drills Flexibility and mobility training For those looking for a higher-intensity option, we also offer Aqua HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sessions. These classes incorporate short bursts of increased effort followed by recovery periods, using the resistance of the water to elevate heart rate, build strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness in a challenging but joint-friendly format. The buoyancy of the water reduces impact while still providing enough resistance to challenge the body, making AquaFit suitable for active adults, those returning to exercise, or individuals looking for cross-training options. Sessions are energising, structured, and professionally guided, with exercise variations offered to accommodate different abilities.
