Service Description
Lessons run for 45 minutes, allowing time for essential safety briefings and debriefing before and after the swim. Sessions are available as private or small group training. Adult Ocean Training is designed for confident pool swimmers looking to develop their skills in an open water environment, whether for triathlon, open water events, fitness, or building confidence swimming in the ocean. Sessions focus on adapting stroke technique, breathing, and pacing to ocean conditions while developing key skills such as sighting, navigation, safe entry and exits, and swimming efficiently in swell and currents. Swimmers also work on building endurance, improving stroke efficiency, and managing group swimming situations, helping them transition confidently from the pool to open water.
