Service Description
Delivered as 45-minute private or small group sessions, Junior Pool/Ocean Training is designed for confident pool swimmers ready to begin developing their skills in an open water environment or wanting to training in a 50m pool. Swim England stages 8-10. Sessions focus on adapting stroke technique, breathing, and pacing to the natural movement of the ocean. Swimmers learn how to manage swell, currents, and changing visibility while maintaining control and efficiency. Emphasis is placed on sighting, navigation, safe entry and exit techniques, group awareness, and understanding ocean conditions. These sessions help juniors build confidence beyond the pool while learning structured open water skills in a safe, supervised environment. Swimmers must be confident and competent in the pool before joining.
