Service Description
Private or small group lessons are available, allowing you to choose the setting that best suits your comfort level and goals. Group lessons run for 45 minutes, while private sessions can be booked for 30 or 45 minutes. Lessons are primarily held in a pool, providing a controlled and supportive environment to build technique and confidence. Once swimmers feel more comfortable in the water, ocean sessions are also available for those interested in transitioning to open water. Designed for beginners, nervous swimmers, or adults returning to the water, this programme focuses on building confidence first while progressing at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable. Suitable for: Complete Beginners – For adults who are new to swimming or feel nervous in the water. Focuses on water confidence, breathing, floating, and basic movement. Water-Confident Beginners – For those comfortable in the water but still developing fundamental skills such as body position, kicking, and basic stroke coordination. Improvers – For swimmers who can swim 25+ metres, focusing on improving stroke technique, efficiency, and building greater stamina. Advanced Improvers – For swimmers able to swim 100 metres continuously, working on refining technique, endurance, and overall swimming efficiency, with the option to progress towards open water swimming.
